THE SHIRE

I visited the convenarium last night. Cool architecture. I love how they engineered the acoustics inside - eksakto ang tunog lalo na ang drums - tambol, my most favorite sound in a P&W band.

When was the last time I worshipped at BOL? Years ago, in a theater just blocks away from crossroad77 - that was every Sunday at 5am - wow.
(ngayon sa worship, 9am na nga, late pa!)

After the P&W, they flashed some slides on screen ... events ... announcements ... "The Shire" event?...nyaks, I recalled my previous post - Oh yea, the reason why I like the green isle so much - in my subconscious, I want to go back to the Shire - oh that's why I'm living in such a small place now - & I prefer it that way mind you - naku po! I like everything small? Sabi ko na nga ba - patay tayo diyan - barely 5' nga si Huram - aba, H O B B I T nga! - hmmm...and I like that I'm mostly underground now - di kita ng karamihan - hmmm huram, a hobbit in a hole :( not bad...

"Even the smallest person can change the course of the future."
Tingnan natin sa susunod na kabanata ni Huram...

* Frodo: I cannot do this alone.
* Galadriel: You are a Ring-bearer, Frodo.

To bear a Ring of Power is to be alone.[pulls out her hand]

* Galadriel: This is Nenya, the Ring of Adament. And I am it's keeper.

This task was appointed to you, and if you do not find a way, no one will.

* Frodo: I know what I must do, it's just that... I'm afraid to do it.

* Galadriel: Even the smallest person can change the course of the future.

Teka, hairy ba ang aking feet?

aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!mommyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
akala ko ito lang ang ating lahiiiiii!!!
o y? frodo! bilbo! basilio!

haha cruise, pagtiyagaan mo muna equally maliit at cute pictures ko dito ... thanks iskoo and cruise for always dropping by ... kayo lang yata nagbabasa dito haha ... di katulad kay cruise, 100+ comments grabe ... pero it's really not my intention to pool in bloggers here ... pero mas ok sana kung katulad ng kay cruise haha ... more for viewing pleasure siya ... i need to blog God's blessings ... at ayun, marami ka pa lang masusulat even sa premise na yun lang ... can't exhaust Him talaga, He's more than enough ... keep on reading lang ng ma-bless din kayo sa faithfulness Niya ... teka, si cruise kakilala ko, pero si iskoo? clue please? dati ka ba sa "That's"?

speaking of frodo. I think all if not most of the characteres in lord of the rings are stupid. why trust a slow and dumb hobbit to throw the ring into the volcano. The wizard could just have placed it in some bucket and used his big eagles to flow to the volcano and drop the damned ring in there.

not to mention that sauron is stupid either... why not just make another ring? the volcano is just behind him. so much for those eyes. holywood and book authors -- so dumb yet so famous.

:-) just my opinion.

Thanks for dropping by - like JESTER-IN-EXILE, it was an honor to be visited by someone from the palace - much more from the CRYPT, takes more effort to do that - the last time I saw that prowess was when Beatrix used one of Pai Mei's techniques to smash her coffin and claw her way out. I wonder if she can do the same digging on The Shire - I'm sure my people won't allow any attempt to ruin their land and much more, their race - so be careful CRYPT :) - I'd like to think that my pleasure in The Shire springs from the many symbolisms that abound there - Tolkien might frown on it - it's the common interpretation that you share with others that makes you want to resist the temptation of the ring - there's more than to it than what we see, "Frodo dropping the ring at the top of Mount Doom" - the story is in Frodo's journey - what a boring movie it will be if everything was just easy CRYPT - Someone has got to suffer so that the rest will be spared from the ring's power - that's my most cherished allegory there - and same with the halfling Frodo - God is using an ordinary, lonely, loser, hobbit HURAM for His very purpose now - and she's enjoying it! And how much more enjoyment can she get - yes, HURAM will be there upon the "RETURN OF THE KING!" - I may not have that chance anymore to see you, but I always pray CRYPT, for me to see you somehow in that big celebration soon.

I did not know you were a tolkien fan!

D, I'm not sure if i'm really a fan; but just before the day i watched "The Return of the King" on the big screen, I caught myself taking notes on a DVD marathon:"The Two Towers" and "The Fellowship of the Ring". No patience for a lengthy reading. Blogs appeal to me most just like in high school - I've always preferred "Short Stories" over "Novels". I just love the allegory in the movie more than anything - and their affinity for words - wow - Like a good song - that's how Tolkien played with words and created a great piece. Thanks for dropping by!
